PNOĒS engages its guests in active discovery of local products. Following the concept “Meet our gardeners”, guests have the possibility to enjoy the harvest of our gardens, featuring a range of local fruits, vegetables and herbs, carefully kept by our gardeners. We invite our guests to interact gardeners and grasp their expertise, as we believe that connections brings added value to the produce we eat.
